You Need to Know DANNIJO

If you haven't heard of jewelry designers Danielle & Jodie Snyder - aka DANNIJO - let me introduce you.   Dear readers, meet the most ridic jewelry line ever.  I want everything!!!!!  Lucky for us, they just launched a website this week, so we can drool in the privacy of our homes vs. having to go peer over the counter at Bergdorf's.

These trendsetting sisters started the line in 2008, and since then, they've had a cult following, including celebrities (e.g., their royal perfections Olivia Palermo and Blake Lively), fashion editors, and of course "normal" people who like to spend $$ on statement jewelry.

The pieces are primarily made of mixed metals (think oxidized silver, gold and gunmetal), colorful gemstones, crystals, and the occasional pearl.

I loooove the layered bracelet look

"Maximalist" jewelry, including the return of the anklet?

So fun!

Here are some celebs rocking the look...

Natalie Portman in the Lilith Necklace

Emma Roberts nailing the Old Hollywood glam in Garbo earrings
Beyonce in the GORGE Ruth Celia necklace

Here are some of my favorite picks from their current line...

Necklaces:

  1. Cleo - $795
  2. Mixed Bahlia - $688
  3. Veruschka - $445
  4. Raya - $695

Earrings

  1. Amara - $295
  2. Cecile II - $300
  3. Sinclair - $245
  4. Ainsley - $270

Bracelets

  1. Aloma-Sailor - $298
  2. Lena - $545
  3. Tamsin - $645
  4. Talia - $295

Oh one more thing... DANNIJO is bringing back the friendship bracelet!  That is, for $48.  Kinda fun!

While a DANNIJO piece probably isn't in my near future, the look is such great inspiration.  Don't you think????

Be sure to check out their blog too!
